All Sales Are Final - Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrived damaged or defective.Ā 

Damaged or Defective items - If you item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at victorylanediecast.net with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Wrong Item Received - If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.Ā 

Non - Returnable Items -Ā 

  • Items with broken seals or removed from original packagingĀ 
  • Items not in original condition
  • Sale or clearance items
