Authenticity - All diecast collectibles sold by Victory Lane Diecast are authentic licensed products. We do not sell reproductions or counterfeits. 

Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.

Order Cancellations - Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. 

Limitation of Liability - Victory Lane Diecast is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. 

Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana.
